About Me

Mykhailo Krupiievskyi is a Ukrainian director and producer of documentaries, concerts and television broadcasts.

Mykhailo Krupiievskyi began his career as a cameraman and did news with many television companies around the world. In the 1990s, the BBC invited him to the BBC MRM department to work on a multi-part documentary series about Ukraine, where his career as a documentary film director began.

In 2000, Mykhailo founded the FILM PLUS company.

During his work, he created more than 30 documentaries.

When the war started in Ukraine, Mykhailo Krupiievskyi, together with cameraman Anatoly Sakhno and a film crew, began to travel around Ukraine and document evidence of Russian aggression.

During this time, they were in Borodyanka, Gostomel, Bucha, Gorenka, Makariv, Demydiv, Chernihiv, Novoselivka, and other Ukrainian cities and villages, documenting the war crimes of Russian aggression in Ukraine. They filmed stories about a war that changed people's lives, but did not change them.

These are the stories about:

- people who remained in the rear and are doing everything to bring victory closer;

- sappers who defuse mined bridges in Chernihiv;

- cities and villages destroyed by the Russians;

- people who created the "Heroic Ukraine" charity fund and send cars, drones and medicines to the front line;

- about the residents of Ivankiv, who are building a crossing instead of the destroyed bridge;

- about shelters for animals;

- about people who lost their homes.

Allof this material is now being compiled into the multimedia project "PURIFICATION". Its purpose is to talk about the threat that Russia represents to the world today.

The accumulated material became the basis for the multimedia project "PURIFICATION", which will consist of a series of documentaries, video novels and a photo exhibition.
